Reflection on Professional Development Plan

This was a great way to get a realistic view of my career.  I was able to choose a creed path, and determine what steps would help me be successful in that process.  I am only an assistant principal, so I have a lot to do to reach my ultimate goal of being a superintendent of a small school district.  In order to achieve this, I must grow as a leader.  Professional development is a great way to foster my knowledge and make strides in my career.  This activity was very thought provoking and definitely beneficial to my overall career goals.
