Apply effective leadership and management skills in relation to campus budgeting, personnel, resource utilization, financial management, and technology use.

I will listen and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop campus budgets.  I will also listen and follow my principal and read books on laws and policies to ensure sound financial management in relation to accounts, bidding, purchasing, and grants.

When evaluating working with budgeting for the campus I will evaluate my prior knowledge to my current. With experience I should be able to more confidently allocate funds for the campus.
